INDICATORS OF AMINO ACIDS AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF TAKING BISPHOSPHONATE GROUP DRUGS IN PATIENTS WITH INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF THE MAXILLOFACIAL REGION

Abstract

The paper presents the results of the effect of intravenous administration of bisphosphonates on the structure of renal units. Patients with bisphosphonate osteonecrosis have a predisposition to oxidative stress, revealed by calculating the ratio between reduced glutathione (GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG), which leads to a decrease in the content of molecules such as lipids, proteins and amino acids.
