STUDY OF PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF DENTAL FILMS BASED ON HYALURONIC ACID (EXPERIMENTAL STUDY)

The article presents the results of studying the pharmacological activity of a dental film based on hyaluronic acid in an experiment. The study of the general toxic effect of the dental film was carried out by creating an experimental model of gingivitis and periodontitis in mature white rats. The locally irritating and allergenic effects of the dental film were studied on guinea pigs. The positive results of treatment were confirmed by the data of pathomorphological studies. The obtained results of preclinical studies allow us to recommend the tested dental film based on hyaluronic acid with metronidazole and chlorhexidine for further clinical studies.
