Abstract
Scleroatrophic lichen is an idiopathic chronic inflammatory skin disease with a tendency to develop a complicated form in the form of stricture disease of the urethra in patients of both sexes. Modern reconstructive and reconstructive surgery in the treatment of urethral strictures in men continuously replenishes its database with various modern methods, however, urethral stricture caused by lichen requires unification of indications for the choice of methods of buccal urethroplasty, since according to the literature, it is currently the most highly effective and requires studying the results of effectiveness and in the longer term
