Abstract
The results of the programmed treatment of acute pancreatitis in 127 patients according to severeness of endotoxicosis, with the determination of the level of blood amylase, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, albumin, and the results of ultrasound examination are presented. Based on the studies performed, the patients were divided into III groups: a mild degree of endotoxicosis was determined in 27 (21.3%), moderate in 57 (44.9%) and severe in 43 (33.8%). Programmed treatment of acute pancreatitis improves results, impacting to whole etiopathogenesis of this disease. The severity of endotoxicosis must be determined not only upon admission of the patient, but also during the course of the disease. 117 patients treated conservatively, 10 run surgery, 1 died (0.8%).
