Аннотация

Изилдөөнүн актуалдуулугу негизги калк топторуна кирген, адамдын иммундук жетишсиздик вирусу (ВИЧ) менен жашаган бойго жеткен эркектер арасында көйгөйлөрдүн кеңири таралышы, ошондой эле жалпы калк арасындагы эркектерде дарылоонун натыйжасыз болуу коркунучунун жогору экендиги менен аныкталат. Бул изилдөөнүн максаты – гетеросексуал эркектер менен эркектер арасында жыныстык катнашта болгон эркектердин (ЭЖЭ) жашап калуу көрсөткүчтөрүн баалоо болгон. Жыныстык жол аркылуу ВИЧ жуктуруп алган 4 304 ВИЧ-позитивдүү бойго жеткендер талдоого алынган: алардын 3 651и – гетеросексуалдар, 653 – эркектер менен жыныстык катнашта болгон эркектер; инъекциялык баңгизаттарды колдонгон адамдар (3 766) изилдөөдөн чыгарылган. Натыйжалуулукту баалоо үчүн CD4 клеткаларынын саны жана вирустук жүктөмдүн көрсөткүчтөрү, ошондой эле дарылоого кармануу боюнча кошумча маалыматтар колдонулган. Эркектер менен жыныстык катнашта болгон эркектерге (74,9%) салыштырмалуу, гетеросексуалдар клиникалык байкоого көбүрөөк катталган (бардык учурлардын 61,3%ында). Жалпы эркек калкы диспансердик учеттон көбүрөөк чыгып кеткен жана ВИЧ инфекциясы өнүккөн стадияларда көбүрөөк аныкталган – акыркы үч жылда антиретровирустук терапияны баштаган MSM тобунун 80,2%ы оорунун биринчи стадиясында диагноз алышкан, ал эми ушул эле категориядагы гетеросексуалдар арасында бул көрсөткүч 60,1% болгон.
